It wears the Elite Legion Gray Cerakote finish over a stainless-steel slide and alloy frame and adds a flat SAO trigger with ambidextrous thumb safeties. This example includes installed Armory Craft and SIG X-Five components, X-RAY day/night sights, and ships with three Mec-Gar 17-round magazines in the SIG factory hard case.

This Legion SAO R2 features the updated optics-ready R2 slide cut for the SIG PRO footprint with a removable cover plate installed. Front and rear slide serrations, the Legion logo, and X-RAY day/night sights with a bright green front ring support fast sight acquisition and positive manipulation. The measured sight radius is 6.3 inches.
Its SAO, flat-faced trigger pairs with ambidextrous thumb safeties and no decocker, delivering a consistent single-action press. Frame enhancements include an extended beavertail, aggressive frontstrap and under-trigger-guard checkering, and an X-Five–style undercut for a higher, more secure grip.
Construction uses a stainless-steel slide, a carbon-steel barrel, and an alloy frame finished in Legion Gray Cerakote. The SIG accessory rail (three-slot) provides space for compatible accessories. Legion grip panels with chevron medallions complete the package.
Factory configuration is complemented by installed upgrades: an Armory Craft hammer, an Armory Craft X-Five magwell, and a SIG X-Five takedown lever. This pistol is marked SIG SAUER INC., NEWINGTON–NH–USA, and includes three Mec-Gar 17-round magazines and the original SIG gray hard case.
