Its 16-inch barrel is marked '5.56 NATO 1/7 4150 CMV' and is threaded, capped with a multi-port muzzle brake. A Timber Creek free-float M-LOK aluminum handguard in purple anodize reduces weight and opens up mounting options, with the rifle providing a continuous Picatinny rail on the receiver and short rail sections at the rear and near the muzzle on the handguard. No iron sights are installed.
