This Bushmaster XM15-E2S QRC is a recent Nevada-era production AR-15 carbine chambered in 5.56 NATO, built around a 16 inch 4150 CMV barrel with a nitride/melonite treatment and 1:8 twist. It features an A4 flat-top upper, carbine-length gas system, and a threaded muzzle with an A2 birdcage. It comes with two 30-round magazines, including a Magpul PMAG Gen M3 and a Bushmaster factory aluminum magazine whose retail package has been opened.

The lower receiver is marked "MOD: XM15-E2S" with "CAL: MULTI," and the right-side rollmark reads "B.F.I. CARSON CITY, NV U.S.A.," indicating Nevada-era (post-2021) Bushmaster production. The receiver set is 7075-T6 aluminum. The upper is an A4 flat-top with forward assist, case deflector, and ejection port cover.
The 16 inch barrel is stamped "BFI 5.56 NATO 1/8" and uses a carbine-length gas system. It is made from 4150 CMV steel, treated with nitride/melonite, and threaded at the muzzle with an A2 birdcage flash hider installed. The gas block does not have a fixed front sight, includes a forward sling loop, and shows a "G2" casting mark.
Furniture includes a two-piece, carbine-length polymer handguard, an M4-style six-position collapsible stock, and an A2-style pistol grip. No sights are included, and the A4 flat-top provides a rail for mounting user-selected sights or optics as desired.
This QRC (Quick Response Carbine) configuration maintains the classic AR-15 layout with direct impingement operation, a 30+1 capacity, and practical, durable materials and finishes suited to regular use. The included magazines are a Magpul PMAG Gen M3 and a Bushmaster factory aluminum magazine; the Bushmaster magazine’s retail package has been opened.
