The Windicator pairs a 4-inch steel barrel with a six-shot fluted cylinder, chambered for .357 Magnum. The barrel is marked "CAL.. 38 SPECIAL / .357 MAG." The revolver is built on a steel frame with a blued/black finish across the frame, receiver, and cylinder for a consistent, classic appearance.
Sighting is straightforward and robust, with a fixed ramped front sight and a fixed notch in the topstrap. The barrel wears a ventilated and serrated top rib, and the topstrap is serrated as well. A full-length underlug runs the length of the barrel.
Controls and handling features include a DA/SA action with a smooth trigger and an exposed spurred hammer. The cylinder release is a left-side sliding latch with serrations, and the ejector rod is knurled. The revolver is fitted with a rubber one-piece grip featuring finger grooves and diamond-pattern checkering.
Safety elements include an internal hammer block and a firing pin block. Markings and proofs are comprehensive: EAA COCOA FL., MADE IN GERMANY-DE, HWM monogram, an EA/R marking, and a European proof mark on the topstrap.
