The 4.25 in barrel carries the signature ventilated rib and a full underlug, while the ejector rod is knurled and shrouded. The six-shot cylinder is fluted and stainless to match.
Target-focused sights include an orange ramp front sight and a fully adjustable rear sight. The revolver is fitted with checkered walnut target stocks bearing Colt medallions, offering a secure, traditional grip profile.
As part of the 2020 Series, this Python incorporates a strengthened topstrap with approximately 30% more steel beneath the rear sight and a revised lockwork. The barrel uses a 1:14 in left-hand twist for the .357 Mag chambering, and the action is double-action/single-action.
