The Model N4 is built on a billet-style aluminum receiver set with factory Noveske markings, including Grants Pass, OR and Model N4 designations. The lower features an enlarged, flared magwell and an integral trigger guard, while the upper and NSR-13 handguard carry Noveske logos and an "NSR-13" and "Noveske.com" mark.
The 16.25-inch threaded barrel is fitted with the Noveske KX-series blast-forward muzzle device bearing the flaming pig logo. The free-float NSR-13 handguard provides a continuous top Picatinny rail and an integral QD socket near the receiver, giving solid mounting options for sights and sling hardware.
Controls are thoughtful and modern, with an ambidextrous magazine release and a right-side bolt release. A Geissele 2-Stage Trigger with a flat shoe is installed, and the rifle uses a direct impingement, semi-automatic operating system. Capacity is 30+1 in 5.56mm NATO.
Magpul furniture includes an adjustable carbine stock and a Magpul pistol grip, with the length of pull settable and noted at 14.5 inches. Noveske-branded folding front and rear iron sights are installed. The rail setup includes a Magpul QD sling mount, a short angled hand stop, and a fabric wrap labeled "LUNAR."
