It accepts both 2.75 in and 3 in shells, feeds from detachable box magazines, and comes in excellent condition with two factory 5-round mags and the original red hard case. This USA-made Komrad features an AK-pattern stamped receiver, KUSA-branded adjustable brace, and practical rail segments for accessories.

Factory Komrad configuration retains the proven KS-12/Saiga-12 lineage with an AK-pattern stamped, riveted receiver and long-stroke gas system. The adjustable gas regulator allows tuning for different 12 gauge loads, and the detachable box magazine system is compatible with many Saiga-pattern magazines.
The 12.5 in barrel keeps the platform compact, with an overall length of approximately 29.25–31.5 in and an unloaded weight of about 7.85 lb. It is chambered for both 2.75 in and 3 in shells and has a 5+1 capacity with the included magazines.
Controls are familiar and straightforward, featuring a left-side safety selector and right-side charging handle. A manual safety is standard. The receiver is stamped steel with a matte black finish.
Furniture includes a polymer handguard with lower and forward-side Picatinny rail segments, an IMI Defense pistol grip, and a vertical foregrip. The KUSA-branded adjustable telescoping pistol brace uses a hook-and-loop strap for secure fit and support.
