The lower receiver is marked "PROPERTY OF U.S.A. / M4 CARBINE / CAL. 5.56MM" and uses the AR-15/STANAG magazine interface. The upper is VLTOR-marked in the MUR style and includes a forward assist and dust cover. Both sides of the receiver carry SAFE/SEMI/AUTO selector markings, paired with ambidextrous safety levers for bilateral operation.
The handguard is a BCM KMR-A13 free-float KeyMod unit with a numbered top Picatinny rail, providing a rigid mounting surface. A short M1913 accessory rail section is installed for additional attachment options, and a polymer vertical foregrip is fitted for enhanced front-end control.
Core components include a BCM-marked bolt carrier group and a Radian Raptor ambidextrous charging handle. A TTI aluminum magwell funnel supports fast magazine insertion. The rifle uses a direct impingement, semi-automatic action and feeds from standard AR-15 pattern magazines.
