The AES 10B2 is a recent Romanian RPK-pattern semi-automatic rifle built by Cugir and imported by Century Arms. It features a heavy 23 in threaded barrel with an AK slant-type muzzle brake, a folding height-adjustable RPK bipod, and classic hardwood furniture. Markings include ROMARM/CUGIR MADE IN ROMANIA and C.A.I. Georgia, VT., with the receiver marked "AES 10B2 Cal. 7.62x39 mm."
Configurable with standard AK-pattern magazines and equipped with RPK-style sights and a ribbed top cover, this AES 10B-series variant delivers the distinctive long-stroke, rotating-bolt system in a robust, heavy-barrel format. It comes with two magazines and an owner's manual.

Built on a stamped steel receiver with a ribbed top cover and matte black finish, the AES 10B2 follows the RPK pattern while remaining semiautomatic. The long-stroke gas piston and rotating bolt are paired with a heavy, 23 in barrel for the classic RPK configuration.
The barrel is threaded and fitted with an AK slant-type muzzle brake. A folding, height-adjustable RPK bipod is mounted at the front, and a side carry handle with black hand grip adds practical handling for transport.
Furniture consists of a fixed, straight-profile hardwood stock (12.0 in length of pull) and hardwood handguards with vent slots, complemented by a black polymer AK-type pistol grip.
RPK-style sights include a hoodless front sight post on an RPK base and a rear tangent sight with a windage drum. Controls include a manual safety selector, and the rifle uses the standard AK-pattern detachable magazine interface. Stated capacity is 40+1 with the included 40-round magazine.
