The P365-XMACRO COMP brings the P365 series to a 17+1 capacity while keeping a slim profile, adding an integrally compensated two-port slide nose, and an optics-ready cut for micro red dots. This 2022-made example features a Nitron-finished stainless slide, a carbon steel 3.1 in barrel, XRAY3 day/night sights, and the XMACRO grip module with a standard M1913 rail and interchangeable backstraps.

Bore Rifling: Excellent Rifling - Sharp lands and grooves.
Specific Condition Notes: There are some scratches and blemishes present. The optic cover plate screws do not appear to be OEM.

The COMP variant stands out with an integrally compensated, two-port slide nose designed into the stainless steel slide, finished in Nitron. Paired with the carbon steel 3.1 in barrel, it delivers the XMACRO format’s extended grip and 17+1 capacity in a carryable footprint.
It is optics-ready from the factory with a Shield RMSc footprint and includes a cover plate installed. Sighting is handled by SIG’s XRAY3 day/night setup, combining a green-ring front with a dovetailed rear, and a 5.1 in sight radius. Front and rear slide serrations aid manipulation.
The XMACRO grip module uses aggressive texturing for control and integrates a standard M1913 accessory rail. Interchangeable backstraps are included to fine-tune fit without altering the slim profile.
This striker-fired pistol features a flat-faced trigger and measures 6.6 in long, 5.2 in high, and 1.1 in wide, weighing 21.5 oz with magazine. It was manufactured in Newington, NH, USA, with the case label dated 11-JUL-2022 (MFG. 2022). The factory part number is 365XCA-9-COMP.
