Built by the German Mastershop as part of the Club 30 collaboration, this P226 X-Five SAO combines a stainless-steel frame and slide with a matching PVD finish. Its 5-inch extended heavy slide is cut with distinctive reptile/fish-scale serrations and top lightening cuts that set this variant apart. Production falls within 2019–2020, and this Club 30 edition was discontinued after 2020.
The SAO fire control with a frame-mounted manual safety and a skeletonized trigger provides a clean, consistent trigger press. Ergonomic features include an extended beavertail, checkered frontstrap and trigger-guard face, a flared magazine well, and a full-length MIL-STD-1913 accessory rail. Targeting is handled by a plain black front blade and a fully adjustable micrometer rear sight.
Chambered in 9mm Luger, it uses a 5-inch barrel and ships with two 19-round steel magazines with extended base pads. The textured black/grey synthetic grips with palm-swell offer secure purchase and a stable feel on this full-size X-Five platform.
Markings and provenance include DE nitro and CIP/N proofs, "MADE IN GERMANY" on the frame, and the MMBI MYERSVILLE MD import mark. The slide is marked SIG SAUER, X-FIVE, and CLUB30. A German Mastershop test target with matching serial is included. The outer carton label notes the PVD configuration and shows a G/0 character misprint, while the pistol’s metal markings are correct.
