The M4E1 receiver set is built from 7075-T6 aluminum with a Type III hard-coat anodized finish. The lower features an integral trigger guard, a threaded bolt-catch pin, selector pictographs, and STANAG magazine compatibility. Markings include "AERO PRECISION LAKEWOOD, WA," "MOD M4E1," and "CAL MULTI."
The upper receiver provides a T-marked Picatinny rail (T6–T14), forward assist, case deflector, and an Aero-marked ejection port cover. The rifle uses a semi-automatic, direct impingement action chambered in 5.56mm NATO with a maximum capacity of 30+1.
The 16-inch barrel is threaded and capped with an A2-pattern birdcage flash hider secured by a crush washer. This setup pairs with the free-float handguard to support consistent performance.
Aero’s ATLAS S-ONE free-float handguard is constructed from 6061-T6 aluminum and features M-LOK slots at the 3, 6, and 9 o’clock positions, plus short top rail sections at the front and rear. The handguard is marked "ATLAS S-ONE PATENT PENDING AERO PRECISION, LLC TACOMA, WA."
Furniture includes a Magpul collapsible carbine stock with an adjustable length of pull of approximately 10.5–14 inches and an A2-pattern pistol grip. No sights are installed.
