The A303 pairs Beretta's proven gas-operated action with a full-size configuration and right-side ejection. Its 26" steel barrel wears a vent rib with a brass front bead and a mid-rib bead for clear sight alignment, and the chamber is marked for 3" Magnum shells. The receiver is marked "Mod. A 303 - cal. 12" and "P.
Beretta," while the barrel is marked "P. BERETTA - MADE IN ITALY / 12 GA. 3" MAGNUM - 26"." Italian origin markings include "MADE IN ITALY" and the PB oval logo.
The barrel uses flush internal screw-in choke threads. A Modified choke tube is installed, and the sale provides additional Full and Improved Cylinder tubes. Capacity is 2+1. The controls include a slender bolt handle and a large, round bolt-release button for positive, glove-friendly operation, complemented by a gold-colored trigger.
The walnut stock and forend are checkered and styled with a pistol-grip and a straight/fluted comb.
