The LH12 3G follows the AK-pattern layout with a right-side, reciprocating charging handle and an AK-style selector marked S and F. The manual safety lever provides straightforward operation, and the detachable box-magazine system supports a 5+1 capacity with the included magazine.
Its gas-operated system features an adjustable, knurled gas plug, allowing the user to tune the action. The stamped steel receiver and matte black finish provide a robust, utilitarian build, while the polymer stock and fore-end keep weight practical and handling consistent.
A full-length Picatinny rail is integrated into the top cover for accessory mounting. The black polymer fore-end includes molded textured panels for grip, and the stock features an integral sling slot, matched by a sling loop at the fore-end.
