The P365-XMACRO COMP brings an integrally compensated, twin-port slide to the compact 9mm class while maintaining a slim 1.1 in grip module with a 17+1 capacity. It includes an optic cut with cover plate installed, XRAY3 Day/Night sights, and a true 1913 Picatinny rail with four slots. This example is a recent release, marked NEWINGTON, NH, USA, and ships with two 17-round factory magazines.

The COMP submodel features an integrally compensated slide with twin top ports and a ported configuration, plus front and rear serrations and an external extractor. The slide is stainless steel with a Nitron black finish, and the optic cut arrives with the cover plate installed.
The macro-compact grip module remains just 1.1 in wide while accommodating 17-round steel magazines. Aggressive 360° texture and interchangeable S/M/L backstraps allow quick fit adjustments. A standard 1913 Picatinny accessory rail with four slots supports common rail-mounted accessories.
The striker-fired action uses a flat-faced trigger. The firearm is built on SIG’s modular FCU architecture with a stainless-steel receiver, a carbon-steel 3.1 in barrel, and a polymer grip module. Approximate unloaded weight is 21.5 oz.
