This tang-safety M77 RSI pairs Ruger’s compact full-length stock profile with an 18.5 in barrel and polished blue finish. The checkered walnut stock includes a steel nose cap, sling swivel studs, a black grip cap with Ruger medallion, and a red rubber buttpad.
The bolt-action system uses a large external claw extractor and a plunger ejector, delivering positive extraction and ejection. It has an internal box magazine with a hinged floorplate and a 4-round capacity. The bolt body is bright in-the-white with a blued round-knob handle.
Sight equipment includes a barrel-mounted folding rear sight. The front ramp/base is present, and the front sight blade is not present. Ruger’s integral receiver dovetail scope bases are machined into the receiver, and the rifle comes with factory Ruger rings.
