This USA-made example features a 4.4" barrel, fixed 3-dot sights, and a 15+1 capacity, with markings denoting Exeter, NH manufacture. Two 15-round magazines and the factory SIG case are included.

This P226R E2 configuration delivers the classic P226 performance with modern ergonomics. The E2 one-piece wraparound textured grip reduces circumference while enhancing traction, and the reversible magazine release supports different shooter preferences.
The slide is stainless with a matte black/gray finish over a matte aluminum-alloy frame, combining durability with balanced weight. It uses a short-recoil, locked-breech operating system and a DA/SA trigger with a decocker and firing pin safety. The external spurred hammer and smooth, curved trigger face provide familiar, service-ready controls.
Sights are fixed 3-dot units set in dovetails front and rear for secure retention and straightforward replacement if desired. The slide carries rear cocking serrations only for positive manipulation.
An integral M1913-style accessory rail on the dustcover accommodates lights or lasers. Factory markings include "SIG SAUER P226" on the slide, "9mm x 19" on the barrel hood, and "SIG SAUER INC. EXETER-NH-USA" on the frame, confirming its U.S. manufacture.
