This upgraded P365 pairs a factory 3.1 inch optics-cut slide with premium aftermarket components that expand capacity and control. Key upgrades include an Icarus Precision aluminum Macro-length grip module with flared magwell and 1913 rail, plus a Radian RAMJET barrel mated to the AFTERBURNER micro-compensator using the threadless INTRA-LOK interface. It ships with three 17-round P365 XMACRO-pattern magazines, and the magazine release is oriented for left-handed shooters.

The factory 3.1 inch P365 slide is optics cut, with the mounting screw holes exposed; the cover plate is not installed and is not included. The slide is stainless steel with a black Nitron-type finish and features front and rear serrations. Iron sights are installed, with a green dot front post and a dovetailed square-notch rear.
The Icarus Precision Macro-length aluminum grip module adds a flared magwell, a pronounced beavertail, and a multi-slot 1913 accessory rail. This module accepts P365 XMACRO-pattern magazines, delivering a 17+1 capacity in a compact package. Three 17-round extended steel magazines are included.
Barrel and muzzle system are upgraded to the Radian RAMJET stainless barrel paired with the AFTERBURNER micro-compensator. The system uses Radian’s threadless INTRA-LOK interface for a flush-fit, compensated setup.
Controls are configured for versatility: the magazine release is installed on the right side for left-hand use. The pistol is striker-fired with a flat-faced, gold-anodized aftermarket trigger shoe. The operating system is locked-breech, short recoil.
