The .223 Wylde chamber allows use of both .223 Remington and 5.56x45 NATO, and the 16-inch stainless barrel is marked ".223 WYLDE 1:8 SS USA." The 1:8 twist rate supports a wide range of bullet weights, and the stepped-profile barrel is threaded and fitted with an A2 flash hider.
The carbon-fiber free-float tube handguard includes bolt-on Picatinny rail sections for accessories and comes with a QD sling swivel installed. A low-profile set-screw gas block sits under the handguard.
The A4 flat-top upper provides a continuous Picatinny rail and includes a forward assist, case deflector, and ejection-port cover. No sights are installed. The rifle uses a direct-impingement, semi-automatic action with a two-position safety and a standard magazine release.
Receivers are aluminum alloy with a matte black finish. Furniture includes an adjustable stock and a Magpul MOE pistol grip. The carbine-length buffer tube and AR-15 pattern magazine compatibility support broad parts and magazine availability.
