It features 28 in Excelsior H.S.A. steel barrels with a ventilated rib, a satin silver receiver with full-coverage floral scroll engraving, and a walnut stock with a MicroCore recoil pad. It comes set up for interchangeable flush chokes with a practical field configuration.

The 680-series action delivers a slim, low-profile feel and uses dual conical locking lugs for secure lockup. A single selective trigger and tang-mounted safety with barrel selector provide simple, field-ready controls. Twin ejectors support fast reloads.
The 28 in barrels are made from Beretta's Excelsior H.S.A. steel and wear a blued finish. A ventilated rib with fine serrations and a brass front bead provide a clean sighting plane. Chambers are 3 in, and the bores are stamped 18.4 mm.
The satin silver receiver is factory-engraved with full-coverage floral scroll and rosettes, with matching engraving on the top lever and trigger guard. Italian Gardone proof crest and CIP S marks are present, along with IT14 and Beretta USA Corp., Accokeek, MD markings.
The walnut stock features cut checkering, a pistol grip, and a field-style forend with a rounded tip. A Beretta MicroCore recoil pad and a 14.75 in length of pull round out the fit.
This shotgun uses interchangeable flush chokes. Provided chokes: Full (installed), Modified (installed), Improved Modified, Cylinder, and Improved Cylinder.
