This DPMS Panther Arms MOD. A-15 is a 5.56 NATO AR-15 pattern carbine from the St. Cloud, Minnesota production era (circa 2004–2014). It features a DPMS-marked 16-inch M4-profile barrel with a 1:9 twist, M203 cut, and threaded muzzle with an A2 flash suppressor. The A3 flat-top upper carries a T-marked Picatinny rail, and the rifle is outfitted with a Magpul MOE furniture package including an RVG vertical grip.
It comes with a substantial magazine set: seven 30-round STANAG magazines and one 60-round extended Schmeisser magazine.
Condition
Overall Condition: Very good condition, showing only light, superficial signs of prior handling or use.
Bore Overall Condition: Excellent - Clean, mirror finish, no signs of wear.
Bore Rifling: Excellent Rifling - Sharp lands and grooves.
Specific Condition Notes: There are minor, superficial scratches and blemishes present.

The A3 flat-top upper includes a T-marked Picatinny rail with forward assist, shell deflector, and an ejection-port cover. The receiver is matte black alloy, marked St. Cloud, MN, aligning this rifle with the Minnesota production period prior to the Huntsville consolidation.
The 16-inch DPMS-marked barrel uses a 1:9 twist for 5.56mm NATO, with the classic M4 profile and M203 cut. It is threaded and fitted with an A2 flash suppressor, and runs a carbine-length gas system. A manual safety provides straightforward control.
Magpul MOE furniture equips the rifle for practical handling: an OD green MOE carbine handguard with MOE rail sections and an installed RVG vertical grip, a black MOE adjustable carbine stock, and a black MOE pistol grip. Sighting is provided by a fixed A2 front sight base with bayonet lug and sling loop, paired with a detachable A2-style rear aperture.
The rifle uses a STANAG-pattern magazine interface and has a stated maximum capacity of 60+1. It ships with seven 30-round magazines across well-known brands plus one extended 60-round Schmeisser polymer magazine, offering a ready-to-use loadout.
