The Omega Convertible system is the defining feature of this model. It ships with parts to configure the controls as either an ambidextrous thumb safety or an ambidextrous decocker, paired with a smooth-faced Omega trigger in DA/SA operation. Safety features include a firing pin block and a safety stop on the hammer.
Construction is classic CZ 75: an all-steel, full-size frame with the slide-in-frame layout for a low bore axis and rear cocking serrations only. The non-railed dust cover preserves the traditional profile. Its 4.6 inch cold hammer-forged, non-threaded barrel and 16+1 capacity make it a capable duty-size pistol in 9mm Luger.
Factory sights are fixed three-dot units, with a dovetailed front bearing a single white dot and a dovetailed rear with two white dots. Controls include a spur hammer, and the frame wears checkered black polymer grips with CZ roundel medallions. The pistol is finished in black on both slide and frame.
Markings include the slide legend "CZ 75 B Ω 9x19" and "9x19" on the barrel hood. It bears the CZ-USA, Kansas City, KS import mark and a triangle proof/date stamp "21" indicating 2021. The slide, frame, and barrel share matching serial numbers. This example is from the Omega Convertible series, a configuration discontinued in 2023.
