The 16 inch barrel is rollmarked 5.56 NATO 1/9 and uses a carbine-length gas system for reliable operation. The muzzle is threaded and fitted with an A2 birdcage flash suppressor.
Sighting is handled by an F-marked A2 front sight base with bayonet lug and sling swivel, paired with a polymer flip-up rear sight on the flat-top T-marked Picatinny receiver rail. The upper also includes a forward assist, dust cover, and brass deflector.
The rifle uses forged 7075-T6 aluminum receivers and a carbine-length two-piece M4-style polymer handguard. A short accessory rail segment on the underside of the handguard provides mounting for compatible accessories.
Furniture includes a 6-position collapsible stock with a 10.5–13.5 inch length of pull and an A2 pistol grip. Controls are straightforward with a standard right-side magazine release and manual safety.
The STANAG-pattern magazine interface supports broad magazine compatibility. Capacity is 30+1, and this rifle comes with four 30-round magazines, including one Magpul PMAG and additional metal USGI-pattern magazines.
