The V11 SLW configuration emphasizes speed and handling with a lightweight-profile CMV barrel that is cold hammer-forged, chrome-lined, and cut with a 1:7 twist. Daniel Defense’s SLiM Rail 12.0 free-floats the barrel and is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum. It provides a continuous, T-marked Picatinny top rail (T3–T19 visible) and KeyMod slots at 3, 6, and 9 o'clock. The rail uses the Daniel Defense Bolt-Up mounting system for a secure, rigid interface.
The rifle incorporates ambidextrous user controls, including an ambidextrous safety selector and an installed ambidextrous charging handle. Furniture includes a collapsible stock in brown and a Daniel Defense pistol grip, along with an installed Daniel Defense polymer vertical foregrip.
