The 26-inch sporter-contour barrel is unthreaded and free-floated for consistent performance. The receiver carries a matte blued/black finish to match the barrel and is drilled and tapped with the X-Lock pattern.
The action uses Browning's three-lug, 60-degree bolt lift for smooth cycling. A bolt unlock button allows the bolt to be opened while the top-tang safety remains engaged.
Browning's user-adjustable Feather Trigger provides a clean break and is finished in gold, complemented by the gold Browning Buckmark on the trigger guard.
The gray synthetic stock features textured grip areas, a recoil pad, sling swivel studs, and a free-float barrel channel. Length of pull is 13.5 inches. The rifle uses a short-action detachable box magazine with a 4+1 capacity.
Markings include "Browning Arms Company Morgan, Utah" and "Made in Japan/Miroku." The rifle has no factory iron sights, and the receiver offers the X-Lock eight-hole layout (four front, four rear) for mounting solutions.
