This Protector features a dark slide over a matte silver frame for a purposeful two-tone look. The Government-profile frame has a non-railed dust cover, a high-cut under the trigger guard, and fine checkering on both the front strap and flat mainspring housing. Black G10 starburst pattern grips with Wilson medallions provide a secure, repeatable hold.
The 5-inch bushing-fit barrel is paired with a GI-style recoil spring plug marked "WILSON," and the barrel hood is marked "WILSON .45 ACP." The pistol runs single-action only with a solid, medium-length trigger featuring a serrated face, and a skeletonized Commander-style hammer. A checkered magazine release aids positive, consistent operation.
