The RF-15 is a direct-impingement, semi-automatic AR-15 built by Radical Firearms in Stafford, Texas, and chambered for 5.56×45mm NATO. It accepts STANAG pattern magazines for a maximum capacity of 30+1. A manual safety provides straightforward controls familiar to AR users.
The 16-inch barrel is threaded and fitted with an A2-pattern birdcage flash hider. The free-float RPR-style aluminum handguard is approximately 15 inches long and features a continuous top Picatinny rail, offering extended mounting real estate along the upper’s flat-top.
The upper includes a forward assist and ejection-port dust cover, and the receivers are aluminum with a hard-anodized finish. Receiver markings note "RADICAL FIREARMS, LLC. STAFFORD, TX USA / MODEL: RF-15 / CALIBER: MULTI," and the magwell carries Radical’s circular "R" logo.
Furniture includes a B5 Systems adjustable carbine stock with an approximate 11–14 inch length of pull and a B5 Systems pistol grip. Included, installed accessories add practical utility: a two-point sling with QD swivels, a vertical foregrip on a Picatinny section under the handguard, and an M-LOK QD sling mount positioned near the front.
