This Russian-made Molot-Oruzhie Vepr-12 is a pre-ban, collectible 12 gauge semi-automatic shotgun built on a reinforced RPK-pattern stamped steel receiver. Imported by FIME Group prior to the 2017 U.S. sanctions that halted Molot imports, it features a 19" chrome-lined, threaded cylinder-bore barrel with a 3" chamber, a hinged top cover with a full-length Picatinny rail, and a left-side folding steel stock. Notable operational features include a last-round bolt hold-open and an integral straight-in magazine well.

Built by Molot-Oruzhie Ltd. in Vyatskie Polyany, Russia, this Vepr-12 is a pre-ban import with markings that include "VEPR-12 molot," "12x76," "MOLOT-ORUZHIE LTD. VYATSKIE POLYANY RUSSIA," and "FIME GROUP LAS VEGAS NV USA." U.S. imports by FIME ended in 2017 due to sanctions, making this variant both collectible and increasingly scarce on the market.
The shotgun uses a gas-operated system with a rotating bolt and an RPK-pattern reinforced stamped receiver. It includes a last-round bolt hold-open and an integral straight-in magazine well to facilitate straight-in magazine insertion. Controls include a right-side charging handle and an enhanced AK-pattern safety lever with "S" and "F" selector markings.
The 19" barrel, chamber, and gas system are chrome-lined. The barrel is threaded M22x0.75 RH and comes with a thread protector installed. It has a cylinder bore and a 3" chamber, offering versatile load compatibility while maintaining durability and easy maintenance.
Furniture and sighting features are practical and robust: a left-side folding steel stock with cheek rest and rubber buttpad (13.5" length of pull), a polymer pistol grip, and ribbed polymer upper and lower handguards. The hinged top cover carries a full-length Picatinny rail. Sights are iron, with a protected front post on the gas block and an RPK-style windage-adjustable rear sight. Capacity is 5+1 with the included 5-round magazine.
