The P238 SAS is a SIG SAUER Custom Shop model featuring the SIG Anti-Snag dehorning for smooth edges and easy draw. It wears a natural stainless slide over a black anodized aluminum-alloy frame for a clean two-tone presentation and displays the SIG SAUER Custom Shop crest.
This micro-compact pistol is chambered in .380 ACP with a 2.7 in barrel and a 6+1 capacity using the included flush-fit magazine. It is single-action only and hammer-fired, with an exposed spur hammer, a manual thumb safety, and left-side controls for the magazine release and slide stop. A beavertail profile, rear cocking serrations, and an external extractor round out the slide and control features.
Sight equipment consists of 3-dot tritium night sights with both the front and rear marked "MH3 AO." The sight radius measures 3.8 in, providing a clear, bright sight picture in low-light conditions. The barrel hood is marked .380 AUTO.
This example includes an installed Crimson Trace Laserguard with intuitive front activation, adding a red aiming reference without altering the pistol's compact form. It ships with a SIG SAUER-branded Kydex holster and the SIG factory hard case. Made in the USA.
