This compact G2 variant is a double-stack 1911-pattern pistol chambered in 9mm Luger with a 16+1 capacity. It uses a 3.25 in bushingless bull barrel with a full-length guide rod and reverse plug, delivering a tight lockup in a shortened format. The unloaded weight is approximately 23.6 oz, aided by the aluminum frame with a black anodized finish.
The slide wears a durable black PVD finish and features front and rear cocking serrations for confident manipulation. Lightening cuts and a top window reduce reciprocating mass, and the ejection port is lowered and flared. The rear sight is a plain black, serrated, adjustable unit mounted on a removable plate, paired with a bright green fiber-optic front.
The BAO Micro optic interface accepts Holosun K and Shield RMSc footprints, offering a direct mounting solution when used with the included plate or the cover plate when running irons. This arrangement lets the pistol retain a clean sight picture while supporting common micro red dot options.
Controls and ergonomics are set up for precise single-action use, with a skeletonized trigger, ambidextrous thumb safeties, and a beavertail grip safety with a memory bump.
