The Millennium Pro series PT 145 combines a compact footprint with .45 ACP chambering and a double-stack 10+1 capacity. Its blued slide and tan/FDE polymer frame provide a practical, durable configuration with aggressive front- and backstrap texturing for a secure hold.
This model is striker-fired with a single-action trigger and double-action restrike capability. Safety features include a manual thumb safety, a firing pin block, and the Taurus Security System keyed lock. Primary controls are on the left side: manual safety, slide stop, and takedown latch, with a square-button magazine release.
The installed Williams fiber-optic sight set offers a green front and two-dot red rear, with the rear base marked "WILLIAMS USA." Rear slide serrations aid in manipulation, and the slide also integrates the Taurus Security System keyed lock.
