The barrel is plainly crowned and marked "7600 CARBINE" and ".30-06 SPRG," delivering a compact, handy configuration while maintaining the long-action cartridge capability and a stated capacity of 3+1.
It wears iron sights from the factory, with a ramped front blade and an adjustable open rear sight mounted on the barrel. The receiver is drilled and tapped for scope bases. Sling swivel studs are installed on the buttstock and the barrel band for straightforward sling attachment.
The action uses dual action bars and a four-lug rotating bolt that locks into the barrel extension. The rifle is finished in matte black and features a black synthetic Monte Carlo stock with molded checkering and a recoil pad, paired with a synthetic forend for durability and consistent handling. It is made in the United States.
The detachable long-action magazines included here are steel and stamped for multiple compatible long-action cartridges, and two 3-round magazines are provided.
