The Model 760 design pairs a smooth pump-action with a robust rotating multi-lug bolt that locks into a barrel extension. Twin action bars support consistent cycling, and a cross-bolt safety provides straightforward operation. Capacity is 4+1 using detachable steel box magazines marked for 6mm Rem.
It wears a blued finish with a black receiver and walnut furniture in a gloss finish. The stock and forend have impressed checkering, plus white-line spacers at the butt and fore-end tip, and a metal fore-end tip cap. Length of pull measures 13.5 inches.
Sighting equipment includes open sights: a ramped front sight and a barrel-mounted adjustable open rear sight. The receiver is drilled and tapped, and Weaver-marked two-piece scope bases are installed. A set of 1 inch rings is included to simplify optic setup.
