The Omega modular trigger system delivers a DA/SA setup with a decocker, complemented by a firing pin block for additional mechanical safety. A ring-style hammer, rear-only slide serrations, and longitudinal anti-glare ribs round out the handling features.

Markings include the triangle/date '20' Czech proof on the right side of the slide, MADE IN CZECH REPUBLIC on the left side of the frame, and CZ-USA, KANSAS CITY, KS on the right side of the frame. The serial number appears on the frame, slide, and barrel hood, and the magazine basepad is marked 'PLUS 2'.
