The XSeries XFULL format delivers a full-size 4.7 in barrel and a black polymer XSeries grip module featuring aggressive texture, an extended beavertail, and an undercut trigger guard. Controls include ambidextrous slide catch levers and a reversible magazine release. The flat-faced trigger and striker-fired action provide the familiar P320 fire control in the XSeries layout. Capacity is 17+1, and three factory steel magazines are included.
The stainless-steel slide wears a Nitron finish and has front and rear serrations. Sighting is set up for the included optic: the ROMEO-X PRO red-dot mounts with a rear sight notch integrated into the optic body, while the XRAY3 day/night tritium front sight with a green high-visibility ring is retained for co-witness.
A full-length M1913 accessory rail with four slots is machined into the dust cover for mounting compatible accessories. Overall dimensions are approximately 8.0 in L × 1.4 in W × 6.4 in H, with a listed weight around 30 oz. Chambering is 9mm Luger, and the barrel is non-threaded.
