This XFIVE Legion R2 features the TXG tungsten-infused full-size X-Series grip module. The added mass works in concert with the pistol's full-size dimensions, producing an overall weight of approximately 43.5 oz. The grip includes textured panels with the SIG logo for a confident hold and a left-side magazine release.
The 5-inch carbon-steel bull barrel is non-threaded and paired with a one-piece steel guide rod using a 1911-style spring. This setup complements the flat-faced, skeletonized trigger, providing a competition-minded control layout in a striker-fired system.
The gray R2 slide is optics-ready, featuring a removable cover plate that displays the Legion chevron. Front and rear serrations aid manipulation, while top lightening windows reduce slide mass. Sights consist of a green fiber-optic front and a fully adjustable rear, with an approximate sight radius of 6.8 inches.
Frame and slide share a gray finish, and the pistol includes an M1913 accessory rail with five slots for adding compatible accessories. Capacity is 17+1, and three 17-round magazines are included. Markings note manufacture in Newington, New Hampshire, USA.
