This Smith & Wesson Model 617-6 is a stainless .22 LR K-Frame revolver with a 4-inch full-underlug barrel and a 10-shot fluted cylinder. It features an upgraded pinned green fiber-optic front sight paired with an adjustable rear sight. The revolver is in very good condition with an excellent, mirror-bright bore, and it comes with a factory hard case plus Speed Beez loading accessories.

Built on the stainless steel K-Frame, the Model 617-6 combines durable construction with a 4-inch full-underlug barrel. The top rib and barrel rib are longitudinally serrated, and the ejector rod is fully shrouded by the underlug for a clean, protected profile.
This 10-shot rimfire uses a fluted stainless cylinder and a double-action/single-action system with an exposed hammer. Controls include a smooth-faced trigger, a checkered hammer spur, and a checkered cylinder release latch. It features a frame-mounted firing pin and an internal key lock positioned above the cylinder release.
Sights consist of an adjustable rear and a pinned green fiber-optic front blade that was installed as a customization. The revolver wears black synthetic rubber finger-groove grips with S&W medallions for a secure, consistent hold.
Markings include "MADE IN U.S.A. MARCAS REGISTRADAS SMITH & WESSON SPRINGFIELD, MASS.," the S&W heraldic logo, "SMITH & WESSON" on the barrel, and ".22 LONG RIFLE CTG." on the barrel. The yoke/crane is stamped "617-6." The stainless finish is carried across the frame, barrel, and cylinder.
