The LK M70 uses a Mauser 98–pattern controlled-round-feed action with a full-length external claw extractor. The bolt body includes two gas-relief ports, and the steel trigger guard incorporates a hinged floorplate. The receiver is drilled and tapped, with filler screws installed at the factory.
Its 23.6 in barrel is cold-forged from chrome-vanadium steel and wears a blued finish. Sight regulation is straightforward with a hooded ramp front sight and an open, adjustable rear barrel sight, providing a clean, durable iron-sight setup.
The walnut stock has an oil finish, a Monte Carlo comb with a right-hand cheekpiece, cut checkering at the grip and fore-end, and a Zastava-logo rubber buttpad. Functional details include a recoil cross-bolt, installed sling swivels, and a 14.0 in length of pull for a stable shoulder fit.
Chambered in .375 H&H Mag., the rifle feeds from a 3-round internal magazine. Safety is managed by a right-side, two-position lever safety.
