The TRP series format is evident throughout: a forged carbon-steel frame and slide wearing a black Armory Kote finish, paired with a forged stainless match-grade 5 inch barrel and a precisely fitted bushing. A two-piece National Match full-length guide rod supports the 5 inch Government-length slide for consistent cycling.
Controls and fire-control parts are thoughtfully executed, including a beavertail grip safety with memory pad and a single-side thumb safety. The long, three-hole aluminum trigger and skeletonized commander-style hammer deliver a familiar 1911 feel tailored to this model.
Practical upgrades include 20 LPI checkering on both the front strap and mainspring housing for firm purchase, plus a blended, flared magwell to speed reloads. Gray/black textured G10 grip panels complement the traction and control package.
Sight configuration is duty-focused with fixed 3-dot tritium night sights, featuring a Trijicon-marked tritium front and a fixed tritium rear. The slide is finished with front and rear cocking serrations and a lowered, flared ejection port. This non-railed TRP configuration (PC9108LP) is no longer in production.
