This Magnum Research Desert Eagle Mark XIX in .44 Rem Magnum features the classic 6-inch standard barrel, all-steel construction, and a matte black finish. U.S.-made in Pillager, Minnesota, it includes an integral Picatinny-style rail machined into the barrel and fixed iron sights. The pistol uses the Desert Eagle's gas-operated, rotating-bolt system and comes with an 8-round magazine marked for .44 Magnum.

The Mark XIX configuration pairs a 6-inch standard (non–muzzle-brake) barrel with a gas-operated system and rotating multi-lug bolt. The gas piston sits below the bore, and the right-hand 6-rib polygonal rifling is designed for the .44 Magnum chambering. Capacity is 8+1 using the included steel magazine.
Construction is all steel with a matte black finish on the slide, frame, and receiver. Controls include an external single-action hammer and a slide-mounted ambidextrous manual safety. Rear slide serrations aid manipulation.
Sighting is via fixed iron sights with a ramped front blade and a square-notch rear. The barrel is machined with an integral Picatinny-style rail, providing a solid mounting surface for optics when desired. The pistol ships with black textured wraparound rubber grips featuring finger grooves, and an additional set of two-piece grip panels with Desert Eagle logos.
Dimensions are approximately 10.75 inches in overall length, 6.25 inches in height, and 1.25 inches in width. Unloaded weight is about 72 ounces with the empty magazine inserted. Markings include "DESERT EAGLE PISTOL MADE IN USA, MAGNUM RESEARCH INC., PILLAGER, MN USA."
