The Mark V Accumark uses Weatherby’s standard-caliber 6-lug action with a fluted bolt body and a plunger ejector. It feeds from an internal box magazine with a hinged floorplate, providing a 3+1 capacity in .280 Rem.
The 24-inch stainless steel barrel is fluted and finished with a recessed target crown. The barrel is clearly roll-marked 'USE ONLY 280 REM', and the receiver, barrel, and bottom metal carry a uniform stainless finish.
The composite stock is gray with a black spider-web finish and includes a right-hand Monte Carlo cheekpiece. A Pachmayr Decelerator recoil pad and sling swivel studs are factory-style features, and the trigger guard wears the gold 'W' logo.
Receiver markings read 'Weatherby - ATASCADERO, CA - MADE IN U.S.A.' The WB serial prefix places production in the 1998–2004 timeframe, aligning with the U.S.-manufactured Atascadero era of Mark V rifles.
