Ruger PC Charger 9mm Luger, 6.5 in Threaded Barrel, Takedown, M-LOK Handguard — Custom Right-Side Extended Charging Handle
This Ruger PC Charger pairs the platform’s proven takedown architecture and dead-blow blowback system with a compact 6.5 in heavy, cold hammer-forged threaded barrel and a CNC-milled aluminum M-LOK handguard. It features interchangeable magwells for Ruger SR-Series/Security-9 and Glock double-stack 9mm magazines and comes customized with an extended, spiral-fluted charging handle installed on the right side. Built on a 7075-T6 aluminum receiver with a Type III hard-coat anodized black finish, this USA-made pistol-format Ruger is configured under SKU 29101.
The alloy steel barrel is threaded 1/2"-28 with protector and cut with 1:10 RH rifling (6 grooves) for reliable performance. A full-length top Picatinny rail and a rear 1913 rail section provide broad mounting real estate, while the glass-filled polymer chassis wears an AR-pattern Ruger-logo pistol grip. Controls include a reversible magazine release (extended release included, uninstalled) and a reversible charging handle; this example includes the upgraded right-side extended handle from Ruger.
The PC Charger’s takedown system, adapted from the PC Carbine, allows quick separation of barrel/forend from the receiver for transport or maintenance. The dead-blow system uses a tungsten weight to moderate bolt movement. Overall length is 16.5 in and weight is 5.2 lb, making this a compact, feature-rich 9mm with a practical footprint.
Interchangeable magwells support Ruger SR-Series/Security-9 and Glock double-stack 9mm magazines. Capacity is 17+1, and this package includes one 17-round and one 15-round magazine. For reference, SKU 29101 is the factory 10-round configuration. This gun is not state compliant in any way.
Receiver markings include "PC CHARGER" and "RUGER • NEWPORT • NH • USA." It ships with the factory box and matching label, the instruction manual, and both OEM and upgraded small parts. The serial noted on the receiver matches the case label.
