This full-size Mark IV 22/45 pairs Ruger's one-button Mark IV takedown with a blued alloy-steel receiver and a 5.5 inch cold hammer-forged bull barrel. Built in 2024 and designated SKU 40107, it comes with two 10-round magazines, iron sights with a fully adjustable rear, and ambidextrous safety controls.

The Mark IV system uses a one-button takedown for fast field-stripping and reassembly. Its internal cylindrical bolt runs in a fixed receiver, and the single-action blowback operation keeps the mechanism straightforward and reliable.
The 5.5 inch bull barrel is alloy steel, cold hammer-forged, and non-fluted, with a 1:16 RH twist. The blued finish on the barrel and receiver presents a classic look and durable surface.
Sighting is handled by a fixed ramp/post front and a square-notch, fully adjustable rear. Controls include a left-side push-button magazine release, an ambidextrous manual safety, and a magazine disconnect.
The polymer frame features checkered removable grip panels with Ruger medallions, plus frontstrap serrations and vertical backstrap serrations. Capacity is 10+1, and this pistol includes two factory 10-round magazines.
The receiver is drilled and tapped with filler screws installed. This example is a 2024 manufacture, Model/SKU 40107, with an MSRP of $529.
