Built on the 1911 platform, this single-action-only 2011 features a long curved skeletonized trigger, a skeletonized commander-style hammer, and a single-side manual thumb safety. A beavertail grip safety with a memory bump complements the aggressive checkered polymer 2011 grip, which incorporates a molded STI medallion and a flared magazine well for confident reloads.
The 6-inch longslide configuration and bushingless stainless bull barrel are paired to maximize stability through the cycle. The slide is finished matte black, cut with front and rear cocking serrations, and rides on a matte black carbon-steel frame with a non-railed dustcover. Markings include "2011" on the left dustcover and "STI INTERNATIONAL GEORGETOWN, TX USA" on the right side.
Sight regulation is handled by an Aristocrat-marked fully adjustable rear sight mated to a plain black front blade, providing a clean, target-oriented sight picture. This pistol is not optic-cut or optic-equipped.
Chambered strictly for 9×19mm, the barrel bore is marked .355. This ".355 Cal" designation references a short-chambered, match-grade barrel using a .355-inch bore, which is the standard projectile diameter for several cartridges. Capacity is 10+1 with the included double-stack magazines.
Made in the USA, this example represents the 2011 double-stack evolution of the classic 1911 format, configured in an XL longslide with target sights and a robust bull barrel system.
