It pairs a 4-inch carbon steel slide with an Officer-length lightweight aluminum alloy frame and includes hallmark Wilson touches: a Wilson Combat-marked barrel, "Wilson Combat" script engraved on the dustcover, and sharply checkered Wilson grips with medallions. The pistol features a lowered and flared ejection port, beveled magwell, and fixed low-mount 3-dot sights for a clean, carry-ready configuration.

This Springfield pistol was customized by Wilson Combat, with the barrel marked "WILSON .45 ACP" and the left dustcover engraved "Wilson Combat." The grips are sharply checkered black panels bearing Wilson medallions, tying the build together with recognizable Wilson components.
The compact format uses a 4-inch slide over an Officer-length lightweight alloy frame. The slide is carbon steel with a matte black finish and features rear cocking serrations only. Functional upgrades include a lowered and flared ejection port and a beveled magwell.
The pistol retains classic 1911 single-action operation with a Commander-style skeletonized hammer and a three-hole aluminum long trigger. The barrel is bushing-equipped and runs with a two-piece full-length guide rod. Sights are fixed, low-mount dovetailed 3-dot front and rear.
Safety equipment includes a manual thumb safety, grip safety, and inertial firing pin. Capacity is 7+1 with Officer/Compact-length magazines.
