This factory-engraved 1873 Cattleman stands out with extensive floral scrollwork over a white steel finish, a 5.5-inch steel barrel, and smooth walnut plow-handle grips. Made by A. Uberti in Italy and imported by Taylor's & Co, it is a faithful reproduction of the 1873 Colt SAA pattern in .357 Magnum, with a 2023 Italian proof date code.

Built on the Cattleman series, this full-size single-action revolver uses a three-frame-screw layout with a six-shot fluted cylinder and a 5.5-inch steel barrel. The fixed sight picture combines a half-moon front blade with a square-notch rear milled into the topstrap for a traditional profile.
The white steel frame, barrel, and cylinder carry extensive factory floral scroll engraving across the barrel, ejector housing, frame, cylinder, topstrap, and backstrap. Smooth one-piece-style walnut grips complete the classic plow-handle feel.
Chambered in .357 Magnum, it also accepts .38 Special, giving it flexibility at the range while preserving the period-correct single-action operation and handling.
Importer and proof markings include TAYLOR'S & CO WINCHESTER VA. on the barrel, A. UBERTI – ITALY under the barrel, Gardone proof marks, and a boxed 23 Italian date code indicating 2023. Country of origin is Italy, and this is a recent release reproduction of the 1873 Colt SAA pattern.
Additional period details include the ejector-rod housing with a bullseye ejector button. MSRP is listed at $869.91.
