A spare .357 SIG barrel is included, adding caliber flexibility on this platform, along with two magazines and the original SIGARMS hard case.

The P226 Elite configuration brings practical upgrades to a full-size .40 S&W package. It operates on a recoil-operated, locked-breech system with DA/SA trigger and a decocker for safe lowering of the hammer. The 4.4-inch barrel and 13+1 capacity support duty-length performance with ample on-board rounds.
Construction and finish are purpose-driven: the stainless steel slide wears a black Nitron finish, while the aluminum alloy frame is hard-coat anodized black. As an Elite model, it adds an extended beavertail for enhanced control. Front and rear slide serrations provide positive manipulation.
Factory night sights are MH3-marked 3-dot tritium units, with the front blade coded AF and the rear coded AA. An integral 3-slot Picatinny-style accessory rail on the dust cover accommodates a compatible light or laser. The frame is marked "Frame Made in Germany" with SIGARMS INC. Exeter, NH import markings.
This example includes a spare .357 SIG barrel, reflecting the P226 platform’s barrel interchange between .40 S&W and .357 SIG. It ships with checkered wood grips installed and a rubber wraparound finger-groove grip in the case, plus one 13-round magazine and one 12-round magazine.
