This Palmetto State Armory PA-15 Tyranny-15 stands out with its special Tyranny-15 roll mark featuring a jet-and-bombs motif and a lower marked MULTI with a TJEFFERSON-format serial. It is a 5.56 NATO AR-15 with a 16-inch threaded barrel, free-float M-LOK handguard, and flat-top A3 upper. It comes equipped with a Franklin Armory BFS Binary Trigger, flip-up MBUS-style sights, M-LOK rail covers, and a Crimson Trace rail-mounted light with a remote pressure pad.

The Tyranny-15 series lower features a distinctive roll mark with a jet-and-bombs motif. The lower is marked MULTI and uses a TJEFFERSON-format serial. The upper is a flat-top A3 with an integral Picatinny rail, forward assist, and ejection-port cover.
The 16-inch barrel is threaded and capped with an A2-style birdcage flash hider. A free-float aluminum M-LOK handguard provides mounting slots, and textured M-LOK rail covers are installed for added grip and protection.
Magpul furniture includes a MOE pistol grip and a MOE 6-position carbine stock. Length of pull is 13.75 inches. Controls include a manual, single-sided safety selector. The rifle operates on a direct impingement system.
Sighting is handled by flip-up polymer MBUS-style front and rear sights. A Crimson Trace rail-mounted weapon light with a remote push/pressure pad is installed for illumination and momentary activation.
This rifle is configured with a Franklin Armory BFS Binary Trigger installed. Maximum capacity is 30+1 and it includes two 30-round Hexmag magazines. It is made in the United States.
