The Division 77 Project 1 is the launch platform for Wilson Combat's D77 series, designed and released in 2025. Its Tri-Top stainless slide features aggressive top serrations, front and rear cocking serrations, lightening windows, an optic cut, and a lowered/flared ejection port, all finished in black Armor-Tuff over a green anodized frame for a purposeful two-tone look.
The barrel system is a bushingless stainless bull barrel with an integrated compensator and porting tuned via DRAS, supported by an advanced RPG guide rod. Wilson Combat backs the setup with a factory 1-inch at 25-yard accuracy guarantee.
The high-capacity aluminum X-frame brings TRAK texture on the frontstrap and backstrap, reliability-enhanced frame rails, an integral flared magwell for fast reloads, and a dustcover accessory/light rail. Controls include a flat-faced, lightened trigger with a factory 3.5–4.5 lb pull, an ambidextrous thumb safety, and a skeletonized rowel hammer.
Sight arrangement is straightforward and durable: a fiber-optic front pairs with a Wilson Battlesight mounted on the removable two-screw optics cover plate, which also carries the firing-pin stop to help preserve zero when transitioning to an optic. Capacity is 21+1, and three factory 21-round double-stack magazines are included.
Documentation is comprehensive, with a Wilson Combat test target and quality control checklist included; the paperwork reflects QC and test/inspection in late 2025 in the United States.
