The CZ 75 B Ω uses the Omega trigger system, which is configurable for either a decocker or a manual safety; this pistol is set up in the manual-safety configuration. It is a DA/SA design with a curved Omega trigger shoe and ambidextrous manual safety, along with a firing pin block for added internal safety.
Cajun Gun Works upgrades are installed, including springs, a trigger shoe, and a hammer. The hammer is the skeletonized ring-style type, and the pistol retains the left-side magazine release. These enhancements complement the Omega system while maintaining the pistol’s reliable operation and clean trigger geometry.
The 4.6 in cold hammer-forged, non-threaded barrel pairs with the slide’s top anti-glare serrations and a sight set consisting of a red fiber-optic front in a dovetail and a fixed rear notch in a dovetail. The slide rides inside the frame rails, and the dustcover is the non-railed style for a classic CZ 75 profile.
This full-size, steel-frame model is finished in black polycoat on both slide and frame. It ships with light-gray textured grip panels installed, with factory black plastic grip panels included. Capacity is 16+1 in 9mm Luger using CZ 75 pattern steel magazines.
Made in the Czech Republic with Czech proof and inspection stamps, it carries the CZ-USA, Kansas City, KS import mark. Documentation includes a factory test target dated 08-08-2018 (25 m, 3 shots) that is serial-matched to the pistol. CZ-USA lists the CZ 75 B Ω Convertible/Omega as discontinued as of 2023.
